Six recent cases.
Cases below are real treatments from the past 18 months, published with patient consent. Photographs are standardised — same lens, same lighting, before-and-after at the same magnification — so you can judge the outcome on its own merits.
Eight porcelain veneers — anterior aesthetic case
Patient (mid-30s) wanted to address discolouration and slight rotation on the upper front teeth. Treatment plan: eight E.max veneers on the upper arch, with a digital wax-up shown at the consultation visit and a temporary preview cemented for two weeks before the final placement.
Single implant, lower-left first molar
Patient lost a lower molar after a failed root canal. Straumann SLActive implant placed at the surgical visit; three-month integration period; final zirconia crown made by Dr. Bashir. No bone graft needed.
Adult Invisalign — moderate crowding
Patient (32) presented with crowding on the lower arch and a slight cross-bite on the upper-left lateral. Treated with a 36-aligner Comprehensive plan, two refinement aligners at month 12. Bonded retainer placed on completion.
Replacement of failing PFM crown
Old porcelain-fused-to-metal crown was leaking at the gum margin and showed a grey line. Replaced with an E.max crown milled in-clinic via CEREC the same week.
Periodontal therapy — moderate chronic periodontitis
Patient referred from a general dentist with bleeding on probing across all quadrants and 5–6 mm pocketing on the lower molars. Treated over four visits with local anaesthetic and ultrasonic instrumentation, plus oral-hygiene coaching. Re-assessment at 8 weeks showed no bleeding and pockets reduced to 3 mm.
Cracked posterior tooth — ceramic onlay restoration
Cusp fracture on a heavily filled lower molar. Bonded E.max onlay placed in two visits — the more conservative alternative to a full crown.
